Colorado has one CEPH-accredited school of public health: the Colorado School of Public Health, which operates across the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Colorado State University, and the University of Northern Colorado. Students can choose from multiple MPH concentrations and specialty areas, including epidemiology, biostatistics, community and behavioral health, environmental and occupational health, and health systems management.

Career paths for MPH graduates may include epidemiologists, biostatisticians, health educators, faculty researchers, and medical and health services managers. Several public health-related occupations are projected to grow faster than the national average over the next decade, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
